Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks an Assistant Site Leader/Service Engineer. You will implement maintenance regimes, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage team operations while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Engineering or have relevant experience. The role includes conducting training sessions and attending important meetings. Salary ranges from $2500 to $4000 depending on experience and is subject to shift work.

Assistant Site Leader/Service Engineer (ACMV, Electrical, Mechanical)
  • Working Location: Islandwide
  • Salary: $2500 - $4000 [Depends on experience]
  • Working Hours: 9am – 6pm | 5.5 Days
Daily Operations
  • To implement a maintenance regime for site equipment to keep the equipment functioning at the required plant and airside efficiency
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and thereafter organise and carry out the necessary repair works
  • Schedule, plan and assign the monthly duties of the team
  • Conduct skills training to new team members
  • Maintain a high degree of safety standards and create a safety conscious workplace
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings Customer Service and Management
  • Attend discussions and meetings with building management and tenants
  • Prepare proposals/quotations and routine service reports
  • Attend to and resolve technical faults withing the committed timeline
  • Audit and maintain high consistency of work methods and work quality delivered by the team
