Job description
Responsibilities
- Attend to client's feedback.
- Carry out equipment and system inspection.
- Carry out work in accordance to safety procedures.
- Keep a record of works done on-site.
- Maintain ACMV equipment and system in accordance to code of practice.
- Manage maintenance work on-site.
- Trace faults on ACMV components.
- Report in writing to the Property Manager any defects discovered, coming to light or observed in any part of ACMV systems
