Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual to supervise and coordinate ACMV system installations. The successful candidate will manage project schedules, analyze costs, and ensure quality standards in delivery. Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in ACMV works. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry, preferably in ACMV.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Experience in ACMV calculations including heat load and chiller sizing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site installation works.
• Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.
• Participate in tender preparation for new projects.
