A premier specialty retailer of home furnishings is seeking an Accounts Specialist in Singapore. This role involves supporting supplier master data governance, requiring strong analytical capabilities and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in data management and a keen attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy while collaborating with internal teams. The Accounts Specialist (Vendor Maintenance) plays a key role in supporting the company’s supplier master data governance within the global finance organization. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position is responsible for the accurate setup, maintenance, and ongoing validation of supplier information in the company’s financial systems.
The role requires strong analytical capability, data integrity awareness, and compliance diligence, combined with effective communication and stakeholder management skills. The incumbent will work closely with global and regional teams to ensure supplier data accuracy, operational efficiency, and adherence to internal policies & controls and regulatory standards.
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
