Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full sets accounting experience.
• Experience handling high volume of transactions (~3000/month).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage financial recordkeeping, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable functions and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable processes and monitor AR aging.
• Support financial reporting by preparing balance sheets and cash flow statements.
