Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance operations [AR & AP functions]
• Generate daily billing and AR statement of account
• Generate GST input and output tax report from AutoCount
• Perform monthly closing and bank reconciliation
• Assist in prepare the standard GL schedule; prepaid and accrual
• Monitor and coordinate unbill job services number in the system
• Debt collection for long overdue invoice.
• Admin and ad-hoc duties
• Able to communicate and handle with our Chinese customers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• LCCI/ACCA qualification

Working days : Monday to Friday

Working hours : 9:00 -6:00
