Mama is looking for a detail-obsessed, solutions-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist who loves hospitality, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment. If numbers are your comfort zone and you thrive on keeping things running smoothly, Mama wants you!

What You’ll Do
  • Keep AR records accurate, updated, and organised
  • Reconcile payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and flag slow-paying accounts
  • Verify invoices, ensure proper documentation, and support month-end processes
  • Assist in improving AR workflows and overall financial efficiency
  • Partner with department managers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow Mama’s financial procedures
  • Support the Finance team with reporting, collections, and ad-hoc duties
What Mama Is Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience in accounting or finance (hospitality experience a plus!)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a “solutions first” mindset
  • Able to work in a lively, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Flexible with working hours when needed
