Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage Letters of Credit (LC), including order release, document preparation, and coordination with banks to ensure clean export documentation and timely payments.
• Oversee credit management by reviewing importer/dealer credit lines, preparing unblock reports, and monitoring overdue accounts.
• Handle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment updates, reconciliations, and reporting on sales and aging.
• Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth shipment releases and accurate financial records.
• Prepare and distribute regular financial and operational reports (e.g., LC status, credit line, AR aging).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in LC management, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and forecast financial information.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
