Overview

Our client is a market leader in the Logistics industry. They are looking for a Finance Executive (AR) to assist the team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at West of Singapore – easily accessible.

Responsibilities
  • AR Management & Collections – Reduce AR aging, optimise collections, and manage daily collection activities, including liaising with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Invoicing & Statements – Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit notes, and statements of accounts to customers.
  • Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing – Assist in journal preparation, balance sheet schedules, and follow up on outstanding items for month-end closing.
  • Reconciliation & Audit Support – Reconcile inter-company balances, bank items, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement – Work with internal stakeholders to enhance AR processes, operational efficiency, and participate in digitalisation or system enhancement projects.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties – Perform other assigned tasks as required to support the finance and business units.
Requirements
  • Min Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent with 2 years of experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Accounting ERP such as SAP Hana
