Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of the accounting database and timely report preparation.
• Monitor fund movement through bank reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of assets.
• Provide timely reporting of monthly management accounts.
• Prepare and update financial reports for audit.
• Liaise with external auditors for annual financial statements.
• Assist in submission of financial and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST.
• Prepare payroll and advances to Security Officers.
• Prepare tax clearance for resigned employees.
• Prepare e-submission of employment income.
• Perform general admin duties and ad-hoc assignments.
• Work 6 days per week, with urgent tasks at night and on Sundays.
