Handle verification and processing of supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and proper approvals.

Prepare and process vendor payments via cheque and electronic transfer on a timely basis.

Reconcile supplier accounts and follow up on discrepancies or outstanding balances.

Maintain proper documentation and filing for all accounts payable activities.

Liaise with vendors regarding payment status and resolve billing or invoice issues.

Assist in monthly closing by preparing schedules for accruals, prepayments, and related reconciliations.

Support finance team in reporting and audit preparation to ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements:

2 years of relevant experience

Proficient with MYOB software
