Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant
Location: Bukit Merah
Duration: 4 positions (5-month contract) + 2 positions (6-month contract)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Salary:

• GCE N Level – $1,600
• GCE O Level – $1,700
• Nitec – $1,800
• A Level / Higher Nitec – $1,900
• Diploma – $2,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain Statement of Accounts (SOA) from suppliers.
• Prepare and submit creditors’ reconciliation statements for vendors.
• Extract data from SAP, invoice database, and supplier portal to perform reconciliation to vendor SOAs.
• Follow up actively on reconciling items, including obtaining certified true copy invoices.
• Provide payment status updates for invoices.
• Handle phone calls and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
