A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage daily operations and ensure timely closing of accounts during month-end. Responsibilities include processing invoices, preparing journal entries, and performing reconciliations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a shared service center. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, and SAP experience is a plus.
The incumbent will work with the team to perform the daily operations and ensure timely closing of accounts during month-end.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
1-2 years working experience (shared service centre preferred) handling AP matter
Must be proficient in MS Excel/computer savvy, SAP experience is an advantage
