Job summary

A leading finance and accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional. This role involves daily operational activities, bank reconciliation, and account closing. Candidates should have a diploma in Finance/Accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in audit. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP is preferred. Teamwork and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily and monthly operational activities for GL functions.
• Bank reconciliation and month-end reports preparation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Daily and monthly operational activities for GL functions
• Bank reconciliation and ensuring that all month–end reports are prepared accurately and timely
• Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Posting and maintenance of fixed assets
• Closing of accounts (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss & Cash Flow)
• Prepare monthly journal entries
• Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma in Finance / Accounting with at least minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• At least 1 year of audit experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Preferably knowledge in SAP accounting system
• Focused and able to meet deadlines
• High responsibility, team player with good initiative and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight reporting deadline
