Job summary

A leading automobile company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Accounting Specialist to manage invoices, receipts, and payments. Candidates should have a minimum NITEC or equivalent in Accounting or Business Administration, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong independent working skills are essential. This role involves various financial tasks including monthly journals and checking supplier invoices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field.

Responsibilities

  • Generate invoices/debit notes/credit notes.
  • Updating and posting of receipts and payments.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Perform monthly journals.
  • Checking of pricing and invoice from supplier.
  • Letter of credit application.
  • Other duties as and when assigned.
