- Position Title: Accounts Officer/ Accounts Assistant
- Working Location: Aljunied
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Saturday, 8.30am - 12.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Process outgoing payments, including cheque issuance, telegraphic transfers, and GIRO.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
- Post monthly journal entries for AR/AP-related transactions.
- Maintain a partial set of accounts, handle data entry and invoice processing.
- Administer and record petty cash transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile Statements of Accounts.
- Support month-end close, GST filings, and annual audit activities.
- Organize and maintain an orderly filing system and documentation.
- Ensure accurate records and adherence to accounting procedures.
- Able to commence immediately or with short notice.
- Undertake other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

- GCE O‑Level or a Certificate in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
- Relevant industry experience is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and professional email communication.
- 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- MYOB experience is highly valued.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
