We are a Nursing Home located in Siglap. Currently looking for an Account Clerk on a full-time basis, Mon-Fri.

Requirements

  • Diploma
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Report to General Manager, and able to work with little supervision
  • Meticulous and well-organised with strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with Xero a Plus
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Job Scope:

For the Nursing Home:

  • Perform Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions; including data entry
  • Assist in monthly Payroll and CPF preparation
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, contracts, revenue reports, etc. as assigned
  • Assist with processing of payments as assigned
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, annual auditing, tax and other financial needs as necessary
  • Assist with financial accounting and preparation of financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets) to achieve monthly timely closing of accounts
  • Assist with general admin duties as assigned
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Work closely with nursing department
