A leading Telecommunication company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to manage financial operations and a team of three. The ideal candidate should have at least five years' experience in handling full set accounts and be familiar with QuickBooks. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, preparing reconciliations, and ensuring timely collections. This role offers a competitive salary and requires full onsite availability.

  • Prepare reconciliation for General Ledger accounts.
  • Prepare management accounts and GST returns.

We are a Telecommunication company in Singapore. We provide Value Added Services to our customers who are Mobile Operators & OTTs in the Asia Pacific Region. We are growing rapidly and are looking for Finance Manager in handling Singapore financial operations and managing a team of 3.

Requirements:

Accounting related graduate with at least 5 years’ experience in handling full set accounts

Hands on experience with QuickBooks preferred.

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts

Manage daily accounting operations

Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up on the overdue accounts.

Manage A/P process payments, reconciliation and SOA.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and maintain daily cash management

Prepare reconciliation for General Ledger account

Prepare management accounts

Prepare GST returns and submission

To assist in other ad hoc duties as & when assigned
