Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts & HR Executive to manage accounting tasks and HR functions. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in Singapore's accounting and administrative environments. Responsibilities include payroll processing, accounts management, and compliance with foreign worker regulations. This role offers a salary up to $3000.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Has Singapore work experience in accounting & admin position.
  • Experience in renovation trade will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare full set of accounts.
  • Monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA) and send to debtors (maintain aging of AR).
  • Ensure timely payment of bills and supplier invoices.
  • Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IRAS matters.
  • Manage employees’ records and expense claims.
  • Handle foreign workers matters (work permit, medical check-up).
  • Renew insurance (WIC, Public Liability, Foreign Worker Medical Insurance).
  • Prepare quotations & issue invoices.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by director.
