A recruitment solutions company in Singapore seeks a Junior Executive for full-cycle recruitment and accounting tasks. Responsibilities include onboarding new joiners, administering work passes, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, and strong communication skills. This role requires a meticulous individual capable of multi-tasking and adhering to deadlines.
Full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding for new joiners.
Administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
Conduct new joiners' orientation and ensure smooth on-boarding for all new joiners.
Assist/Handle full set of accounts, including Account Payable and Account Receivable, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation.
Generate invoices to customers on monthly basis.
Prepare GIRO collection/ payment via online banking.
Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.
Prepare payments to vendors via online banking/ TT remittance.
Prepare financial reports for management.
Familiar with Accounting Software QuickBooks preferred.
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Well versed in computer skills such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Be meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-tasks in handling tasks.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer machines.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Team player, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision within tight deadlines.
