Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in F&B or retail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP Business One accounting software is advantageous.
• Energetic and able to work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Active team player and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts.
• Month end and year end closing.
• Preparation of monthly management reports and schedules.
• Quarterly GST reporting.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare Fixed Assets Schedule, year-end audit schedules.
• Maintenance of financial records in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
