Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and confident Finance Manager to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency as a Financial Manager will aid our organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee all company accounts activities and operations;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts;
  • Coordinate the preparation of Annual Report;
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported in accordance to Exchange Listing compliance;
  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports;
  • Prepare and maintain accounting policies and streamline its functions and operations;
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation;
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations;
  • Develop budgets and financial plans for the company;
  • Review all financial plans and budgets regularly;
  • Report to the Management with timely and accurate financial information;
  • Assist the CEO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field;
  • Diploma in Accounting or ACCA and above is preferred;
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications;
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore (FRSs) will be a plus;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
  • Able to work independently as well as a Team;
  • Meticulous, well-organised and good interpersonal skill with positive attitude;
  • Able to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced work environment.
