Job description

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Accounts & Finance Head to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and analysis.
• Manage all financial activities such as expense control, general ledger, cash flow, banking, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and inventory.
• Monitor and manage credit control, taxation, foreign exchange exposure, and financial risk.
• Ensure timely and accurate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing in compliance with accounting standards.
• Establish financial reserves, accruals, and statutory provisions in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
• Analyze financial data and prepare management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders for audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounting team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies.
• Provide financial guidance and support for strategic decisions and special projects.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Accounting/professional studies or equivalent.
• Min 10 years of relevant experience in full set Accounts function with background in financial management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with SAP system will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with good organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
