Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to assist with the full set of accounts and perform daily accounting duties, including billing, payables, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of partial accounting experience with the MYOB accounting system and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full set of accounts.
• Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including billing, receivables, payables, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Verify accounts payable functions such as Giro payments and bank transfers.
• Handle staff claims reimbursement.
• Raise monthly AR aging reports for review and manage outstanding AR.
• Liaise with administrative duties related to accounting, such as grant management, documentation, filing, updating records, and generating internal reports.
• Coordinate with bankers, suppliers, company secretary, tax agents, and other third parties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of partial accounting experience with MYOB accounting system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word).
