Job summary

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, bookkeeping
• Prepare cost & revenue allocations to respective categories
• Prepare and send tax invoices, credit notes, etc.
• Prepare bank payments, including cross-border foreign currency payments
• Monitor & Reconcile AR/AP, including bank transactions, collections & payments
• Closing, preparation & filing of GST, financial reports and annual returns
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budget, and corporate tax matters
• Liaise with customers and coordinate with management & operations team
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• CAT, ACCA, LCCI, or Diploma, Degree qualification in accounting discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ book-keeping and accounting experience
• Tech-savvy & Experience in using accounting software like Xero, and banking & payment platforms
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ACRA XBRL accounting format
• Excellent communication skills with positive attitude & attention to details
