Job summary
A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to prepare full sets of accounts, conduct bookkeeping, and manage cash flow. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in accounting, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with accounting software like Xero. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Qualifications

- Experience with ACRA XBRL accounting format.

Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, bookkeeping
- Prepare cost & revenue allocations to respective categories
- Prepare and send tax invoices, credit notes, etc.
- Prepare bank payments, including cross-border foreign currency payments
- Monitor & Reconcile AR/AP, including bank transactions, collections & payments
- Closing, preparation & filing of GST, financial reports and annual returns
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budget, and corporate tax matters
- Liaise with customers and coordinate with management & operations team
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- CAT, ACCA, LCCI, or Diploma, Degree qualification in accounting discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ book-keeping and accounting experience
- Tech-savvy & Experience in using accounting software like Xero, and banking & payment platforms
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ACRA XBRL accounting format
- Excellent communication skills with positive attitude & attention to details
