Responsibilities
  • Handle full sets of accounts for SMEs client

  • Computing Taxation for corporation with its related schedules and submission of Form C/C-S

  • Compilation of the Unaudited Financial Report in accordance to the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards

  • GST report and filing

  • Possibly leading a small team and to guide and impart skills and knowledge

  • Liaise with auditor

  • Related duties assigned by the management

  • To be able to communicate with client independently

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Degree in accounting / Ongoing ACCA / ACCA graduates or equivalent

  • At least 1 - 3 years full set account processing experience

  • Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLookup and Pivot Table) advantageous

  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks and Xero) is an advantage

  • Proficient in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) advantageous

  • Positive attitude, meticulous and someone with initiative

  • Eager to learn and able to work independently under pressure

  • Possess strong honesty, integrity and confidentiality

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
