Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage accounts payable and receivable functions. Responsibilities include preparing financial schedules, processing payments, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. Candidates should have a diploma in accounting and relevant experience; knowledge of Quickbook is a plus. This position offers Monday to Friday working hours from 9 am to 1 pm.

Qualifications

  • Experience in using Quickbook is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable functions.
  • Prepare financial schedules and handle bank reconciliation.
  • Process payments and staff claims.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
