A trading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Executive & Office Admin. Responsibilities include managing payments, handling payroll, and ensuring smooth office operations. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Tally software and ERP systems is essential.
Managingandissuingthepayment- Banktransfer, issueofchequeandcredit card payments etc.
Inputalltheaccounting entries in Tally software.
Monthly Bank Reconciliation foralltheBanks.
Handling petty cash and postingthetransactionintally software.
Managingandmaintainingtherecordofpayroll activities including salary, OT, CPF, annual leave,medicalleave etc.
Manageandadminister insurance, insurance renewalandclaims etc.
General office admin activities including ordering stationeryandpantry supplies etc.
Proactive engagement forallaspectsofsmooth runningofoffice.
Other Adminandaccounts duties as assigned by Directors
Good communication skill In English (Both verbal & Written)
Min. 1yearsofexperienceintheOffice Admin functioning of a Trading company.
KnowledgeofData EntryinERP system & Microsoft Office
