Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, including ledger maintenance and liaising with auditors. • Salary: up to $4,000 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Perform full set of accounts (Balance sheet, Profit and loss and other sales/ purchase reports), including maintaining the daily ledgers on incoming and outgoing expenses
• Prepare payment to suppliers and confirm incoming funds from customers
• Perform online Quarterly GST F5 declaration from customers
• Liaise with the auditor on annual financial closing, including preparing documents for auditors
• Liaise with the Company Secretary for matters relating to the Company such as filing of annual return, change of directors’ information and so forth.
• Liaise with tax agent on company income tax matters
• Daily office operations such as maintaining office supplies, dealing with office contracts, copier leasing etc.
• Ad hoc duties

Job Requirement

• At least a Diploma and preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Must know how to use MYOB software
• Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
• Comfortable working in a lean set-up
• Join in Jan/Feb 2026
