Position: Accounts Executive (FULL SETS/ Tax/GST/ Payroll)

Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT - Marine Parade MRT)

Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $4700 + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage full-sets accounts and monthly/year-end closing for multiple entities under FRS/IFRS.
  • Prepare group consolidation reports and ensure accuracy of intercompany transactions.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Provide financial analysis and support for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage corporate tax, GST, and withholding tax filings.
  • Ensure transfer pricing compliance and proper documentation.
  • Oversee payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia, including CPF/EPF submissions.
  • Monitor group cash flow and manage bank facilities.
  • Handle Trade Credit Insurance applications and renewals.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in full set accounting and group reporting.
  • Exposure to multi-entity and multi-currency environments, preferably with regional operations (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Taiwan).
  • Hands-on experience in audit coordination, tax compliance, and transfer pricing monitoring.
  • Experience in treasury management, trade credit insurance (Euler Hermes), and intercompany loan tracking.
  • Good understanding of cross-border accounting, payroll, and compliance requirements.
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or trading industry will be an advantage.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
