Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, and GL. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of accounting experience and a diploma or degree in a related field. Responsibilities include cash flow forecasting, preparing balance sheets, and assisting with audits. Competitive salary package and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
  • Min. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL and month-end closing.
  • Monitor and prepare cash flow forecast.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Fixed Assets functions.
  • Generate monthly invoices and handle customer enquiries.
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
  • Review monthly and yearly bank reconciliation.
  • Review and submit quarterly GST e‑submission.
  • Assist in monthly financial and management reports.
  • Assist in year‑end statutory audits.
  • Assist in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in process improvements and system enhancements.

Skills

Experience with Microsoft Business Central
Experience with Asana
Hands-on experience in accounting

5 Days, 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary: $2,800 - $3,500 + 14 Days AL

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • Min. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Any experience with Microsoft Business Central and Asana will be advantageous
Job Scopes
  • Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL and month-end closing
  • Monitor and prepare cash flow forecast
  • Responsible on the full spectrum of Fixed Assets functions
  • Generate monthly invoices and handle customer enquiries
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules: Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, reconciliations of inter‑company transactions and balances & etc
  • Review monthly and yearly bank reconciliation
  • Review and submit quarterly GST e‑submission and assist in ECI and Form C e‑submission
  • Assist in monthly financial and management reports
  • Assist in and handling year‑end statutory audits
  • Assist in compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls
  • Assist in process improvements and system enhancements
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by Management
