A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced Admin & Accounts Executive to manage financial and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, and organizing company events. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in Accounting or Business and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Competitive salary of up to $3000 offered.

Handle AP & AR, staff salary, CPF, withholding tax & statutory submissions.
Support payroll, HR documentation & recruitment (work passes, interviews).
Organise company events & oversee office operations.
Manage calls & provide admin support.
Diploma in Accounting / Business or equivalent.
Min 2 years’ experience in accounts & admin field.
Proficient in MS Office & accounting software.
