Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage full set of accounts and perform payroll processing. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–4 years of experience. Responsibilities include handling GST returns, coordinating with auditors, and managing employee records. Accounts Executive (Full Set/Payroll/Work Pass Application) LT75

Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

Perform monthly and year-end closing activities.

Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.

Maintain proper accounting schedules and records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Coordinate with external auditors and prepare required documentation to facilitate annual audit processes.

Liaise with tax agent, company secretary, and other government agencies.

Manage staff claims, petty cash, and expense tracking.

Manage employee records, onboarding and offboarding processes, and work pass application.

Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, and income tax clearance.

Administer leave records, claims, benefits, and staff insurance.

Maintain HR documents, employment contracts, and staff files.

Support Project team with project administration.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software (e.g. MYOB, Xero or ERP systems).

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to work both independently and in groups, and able to meet tight deadlines.
