We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle full set accounting for our construction business. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations
• Perform month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and credit control
• Assist in audit and tax matters
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and management
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years of full set accounting experience
• Construction industry experience is preferred
• Knowledge of GST and Singapore accounting standards
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
