📝 Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and month‑end closing activities.
  • Monitor and prepare cash flow forecasts to support management planning.
  • Manage the full spectrum of fixed asset functions, including tracking, depreciation, and reporting.
  • Generate monthly invoices and handle customer billing enquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules such as fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, and reconciliation of inter‑company transactions and balances.
  • Review monthly and annual bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Review and submit quarterly GST e‑submissions, and assist with ECI and Form C e‑filings.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
  • Assist in year‑end statutory audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties assigned by Management.
✅ Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • At least one year of practical experience in an accounting role involving the full set of accounts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Asana will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
