Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review.
- Manage GST filing, corporate tax, and compliance with Singapore financial regulations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Process payroll, CPF submissions, and staff expense claims.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders for financial reporting and compliance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Support any ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
- Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
