A prominent company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle a full set of accounts from month-end to year-end closing. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, tracking expenses, and preparing GST returns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently. The position offers a basic salary ranging between $3000 to $4000 for a five-day workweek, Monday through Friday.

Accounts Executive
5 days ( Monday - Friday )
Location: Aljunied
Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable functions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Track expenses and prepare regular financial reports.
• Monitor budgets and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare and submit GST returns and related documentation.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting schedules.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support as required.

Requirements:

Collaborate effectively with HQ finance teams on accounting processes and reporting.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
