About Us

GO Events is a leading corporate events agency in Singapore, delivering large-scale Dinner & Dances, Family Days, Conferences, and Team Building programs. We combine creative direction with tight operational discipline to produce events that are both imaginative and flawlessly executed.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Accounts Executive to manage client relationships and bring event ideas to life. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, translate them into actionable event plans, and collaborate with our creative and operations teams to deliver exceptional experiences. This is not a cold‑calling role. Your focus is on building trust, managing details, and ensuring every project runs smoothly from proposal to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Work with the creative and operations teams to develop proposals and quotations.
  • Use our internal systems (Proposal Builder, Budget Builder, Asana) to plan, track, and manage project milestones.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support on‑site execution when required, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle post‑event follow‑up, feedback, and client relationship management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Events Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or project management within the events or marketing industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable managing deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools (experience with Asana is a plus).
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays during event periods.
What You’ll Get
  • Opportunity to work on high‑profile corporate and government events.
  • Exposure to both creative and operational sides of the event process.
  • A clear career path toward Account Manager and Senior roles.
  • Competitive salary, performance incentives, and team‑based bonuses.
