Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive who will support the finance department in managing financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Accountancy or Finance with at least 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry. This role offers a salary range of $3,500 - $4,000 with a variable bonus. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and experience with SunSystems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction or building industry.
• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST regulations, and local statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process general expenses and other HQ costs.
• Take charge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for the HQ.
• Assist with GST submission, CPF, and other regulatory/statutory filings.
