Accounts Executive (Full Set)

Salary up to: $3,700!

Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:45pm

What you will be doing:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL functions
• Match tax invoices with payment response certificates
• Prepare payment vouchers and online payment transactions
• Reconcile creditor statements and retention balances by project
• Update payment response and subcontractor accrual lists
• Monitor cash flow, collections, and payments
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and audit requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and system improvements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Proven experience in Construction Accounting field.
• Familiar with financial audit processes.
