Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks. Position: Accounts Executive (AR/AP/Bank Recon/ SAP/ Workday Software/Pivot/ VlookUp)

Location: Braddell Road (7 minute walk from MRT)

Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $4800

Duration: 6 month Contract - can be extended or converted to Permanent

Industry: Information technology consultancy

Main Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, verification, and payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience in Accounts, good with Account Payable/ Receivable /Bank Reconciliation
• Must have experience with SAP/ Workday Software/Pivot/VlookUp
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
