Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage customer accounts and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in accounting, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. This role involves handling inquiries, account reconciliations, and monitoring outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Finance Manager.


Requirements


  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Organized, flexible, and able to multitask.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Experience in education or service industry is an advantage.
