A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking candidates for an Accounts Payable role. Responsibilities include managing the accounts payable process from invoice processing to vendor payments, ensuring compliance with document requirements, and aiding in audits. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance and have at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with Syspro ERP skills. The position offers a salary of up to $3500 and is located in Kallang.
Managed end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and AP reporting with accurate period-end closing.
Ensured compliance with import documentation and MES requirements for overseas suppliers, including proper filing and record maintenance.
Maintained organized digital and physical invoice records to support accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, improve payment workflows, and support internal and external audits.
Contributed to process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and handled ad hoc finance duties as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or general accounting; experience with Syspro ERP is an advantage.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables)
