Job summary

A leading employment services company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage a full set of accounts. Responsibilities include handling financial statements, GST submissions, and payroll processing. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in accounting with 2–3 years of relevant experience.   • Manage GST submissions, bank reconciliation, and audit matters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Handle payroll processing and related statutory submissions.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents as needed.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage GST submissions, bank reconciliation, and audit matters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Handle payroll processing and related statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS).
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and suppliers when required.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
