Summary:

• Mon to Fri, 815am to 515pm

Responsibilities:

• Review management reports from subsidiaries and prepare group-level consolidation.
• Assess group and subsidiary cash flow forecasts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee and ensure the timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to Head Office, addressing any queries from HQ.
• Review subsidiaries’ reporting schedules and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support subsidiaries with reporting requirements and internal HQ audit matters.
• Liaise with Head Office and subsidiaries on matters requiring internal or HQ approval.
• Review, enhance, and align internal financial policies and procedures with HQ standards.
• Collaborate with the operations team to support various ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in group consolidation will be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems, SAP
