Job description

Accounts Executive (6 months contract), may subject to extension

Address: One North

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm

Salary: up to $4000

Responsibilities
  • Monitor Receivables and collections: Manages the operational processes by ensuring collections are processed, allocated and reconciled against customer account in a timely manner. Work with commercial team, and liaising with customers to follow up on outstanding receivables and working with alternative solutions for delinquent customers. This includes generating, preparing and sending of monthly Statement of Accounts and issuing of credit notes to customers.
  • Handles ad-hoc intercompany billings
  • Manages Phonak Plus subscription receipts from end users and update monthly summary report.
  • Payment processing: Manages the operational processes by ensuring vendor invoices and staff expenses claims are processed, booked and paid timely to the vendors. Ensure proper approval are obtained and in accordance to the HCP Matrix compliance. Ensure 3 way matching concept is apply.
  • Manages staff Expense claims processes by using Zoho Expenses system. The processes include adding new users, modify the template of the expense fields and improve the efficiency of the uploading, submitting, approving and recording of the expense claims.
