Job summary

Responsibilities

Handle full or partial sets of accounts, including data entry, journal postings, reconciliations and financial documentation.

Process supplier invoices, staff claims, payments, and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-up.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow to ensure accurate financial tracking.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing, preparing financial reports, supporting schedules and management reports.

Support audit, tax filing, statutory reporting and liaise with auditors, tax agents and authorities.

Maintain proper filing systems and assist with budget tracking and other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field

At least 2 years of working experiences.
