Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Receivable functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong skills in double-entry accounting and Excel. This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement and is based near Outram MRT. Candidates available to start soon are preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Perform double-entry accounting and ensure proper journal postings
• Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Support preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and statements
• Maintain accurate and organised accounting records
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting (AP & AR) experience
• Strong in double-entry and good understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Immediate availability or able to start by early November
