About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and local authorities.
  • Monitor cash flow, intercompany transactions, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support tax filing, VAT compliance, and statutory submissions.
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Maintain proper internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in a multinational or regional setup).
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
