Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, month-end closing)
  • Monitor and prepare cash flow forecasts
  • Handle full spectrum of fixed assets functions
  • Generate monthly invoices and manage customer enquiries
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules
  • Review bank reconciliations
  • Submit quarterly GST e-submission; assist in ECI & Form C submissions
  • Support monthly financial & management reports
  • Assist with year-end statutory audits
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Participate in process improvements & system enhancements

💰 Salary Range: S$2,800 – S$3,500
🌿 Leave Benefits: 14 days annual leave + statutory leaves

🔹 About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role provides exposure to the full spectrum of accounting functions, including AR, AP, GL, month‑end closing, and statutory reporting. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations and compliance, while contributing to process improvements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, month‑end closing)
  • Monitor and prepare cash flow forecasts
  • Handle full spectrum of fixed assets functions
  • Generate monthly invoices and manage customer enquiries
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules (fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, inter‑company reconciliations, etc.)
  • Review bank reconciliations (monthly/yearly)
  • Submit quarterly GST e‑submission; assist in ECI & Form C submissions
  • Support monthly financial & management reports
  • Assist with year‑end statutory audits
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Participate in process improvements & system enhancements
  • Carry out other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
🔹 Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • 1–3 years’ hands‑on experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of Microsoft Business Central & Asana is advantageous
  • Singaporeans/PRs preferred
  • Well‑organized, meticulous, independent, and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and team spirit
